Building a bicycle does no longer resemble the way it used to be: looking at the ever more powerful pedelecs and e-bikes, we see that materials and design need to meet more advanced requirements, accommodating features in very small space while reducing weight at the same time.

For this client, we successfully managed to design fastening concepts for accommodating the battery in the seat tube of the bike; develop a scooter concept where the drive is integrated into the rear suspension, and provided support on several queries of component strength and kinematics.
